As our Accounting Associate – Disbursement, you are not just processing payments—you are helping maintain the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the company’s financial operations.

• Manage Payment Processing: Handle the end-to-end execution of company payments and financial disbursements.
• Ensure Accuracy and Reconciliation: Review, verify, and reconcile payment records to maintain financial accuracy.
• Maintain Financial Documentation: Keep organized records and update financial systems accordingly.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related concerns.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to financial policies, tax regulations, and company standards.
• Support Financial Reporting: Prepare reports related to payment and disbursement activities.
• Assist in Audit Requirements: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Handle Payment Inquiries: Address concerns and inquiries from vendors and stakeholders regarding payments and disbursements.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who is organized, trustworthy, and highly analytical—someone who can manage financial transactions with accuracy and responsibility.

• Educational Background: A graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related course.
• Relevant Experience: You bring at least two (2) years of experience in accounting, disbursement, or a related function.
• Technical Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Core Strengths: You have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking skills.
• Communication Skills: You possess good coordination and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Professional Work Ethic: You are capable of working in an office-based setup and handling financial documents responsibly.
