The Impact You’ll Make

As our Accounting Associate – Bank Reconciliation, you are not just reviewing numbers—you are helping ensure the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of the company’s financial operations.

• Manage Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable, bank balances, and branch financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor Financial Accuracy: Review daily and monthly financial reports while ensuring data accuracy within SAP.
• Verify Transactions: Check deposits, payments, and branch sales reports for correctness and completeness.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with banks and internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  
  
• Support Financial Documentation: Prepare and organize supporting documents related to financial transactions such as letters of credit (LCs) and loans.
• Track Loan Activities: Monitor outstanding loans, promissory notes, and payment schedules to ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain Accurate Reporting: Ensure financial records are updated accurately and reports are submitted on time.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who is analytical, organized, and highly accurate—someone who can handle financial records with integrity and attention to detail.

• Educational Background: A graduate of BS Financial Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Relevant Experience: You bring at least one (1) year of experience or relevant OJT in finance, accounting, or treasury functions.
• Technical Knowledge: You are familiar with reconciliation processes, payment systems, and financial documentation.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems is an advantage.
• Core Strengths: You possess strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a high level of accuracy.
