The Impact You’ll Make

As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you are not just processing payments—you are helping maintain the financial accuracy and operational stability of the company.

• Manage Accounts Payable Processes: Handle end-to-end accounts payable activities, including invoice verification, processing, and payment preparation.
• Ensure Vendor Accuracy: Perform reconciliations and maintain timely and accurate payment of vendor accounts.
• Support Financial Reporting: Prepare accounts payable reports and assist with month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Resolve Financial Concerns: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to address billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting policies, tax regulations, and company standards.
• Safeguard Financial Records: Maintain accurate, organized, and secure financial records and supporting documents.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who is analytical, dependable, and highly organized—someone who can manage financial details with accuracy and efficiency.

• Educational Background: A graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related course.
• Relevant Experience: You bring at least two (2) years of experience in accounting or accounts payable functions.
• Technical Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Core Strengths: You are detail-oriented, organized, and highly analytical.
