The Impact You’ll Make

As our Audit Manager, you are more than an auditor—you are a key driver of operational transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Lead with Integrity: Supervise and oversee audit operations across stores and warehouses, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance in every process.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Plan, execute, and monitor audit schedules and activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of audit objectives.
• Deliver Insightful Analysis: Analyze audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports that support informed decision-making and business improvements.
• Strengthen Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, internal controls, and auditing standards.
• Protect Data Accuracy: Monitor outstanding accounts and maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy of audit records and reports.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Recommend corrective actions and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce risks.
• Lead and Mentor Teams: Guide, support, and develop audit staff and field personnel to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who combines analytical expertise with strong leadership—someone who values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Professional Qualification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or possesses equivalent auditing experience.
• Proven Leadership: You bring at least two (2) years of auditing experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Operational Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and business operations.
• Core Strengths: You demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills that inspire confidence and collaboration across teams.
