The Impact You’ll Make

As our Marketing and Business Development Manager, you play a key role in driving sales growth, expanding business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships.

  • Drive Sales Growth: Collaborate with business channels and support groups to develop and implement marketing strategies that contribute to incremental sales.
  • Analyze Market Data: Gather and evaluate business data and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend marketing initiatives.
  • Develop Marketing Programs: Propose marketing strategies and campaigns based on business needs and seasonality using standard templates for approval and execution.
  • Manage Business Initiatives: Prepare and submit proposals for expansion projects such as distribution and retail development, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track marketing and business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution, budget compliance, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Support Market Research & Innovation: Gather industry insights and emerging trends, and recommend strategies to improve business competitiveness and future readiness.
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure strong customer relationships and achieve preferred supplier or retailer status.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Supervise team members within the Marketing and Business Development function, ensuring productivity and professional growth.

Who You Are

We are looking for a strategic thinker who combines strong leadership with analytical and business development expertise.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Leadership Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in marketing or business development.
  • Operational Experience: Experience in marketing strategy, business expansion, or sales growth initiatives is required.
  • Core Strengths: Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive results and manage cross-functional collaboration.
