The Impact You’ll Make

As our Chief Mechanic, you are not just repairing vehicles—you are helping maintain the operational efficiency and safety that keep the company moving forward.

• Lead Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee and perform vehicle maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for both diesel and gasoline engines.
• Drive Preventive Maintenance: Implement and supervise preventive maintenance programs to ensure vehicle reliability, safety, and performance.
• Perform System Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and transmission system issues efficiently.
• Handle Under-Chassis Repairs: Conduct repairs involving brakes, clutch systems, steering components, and suspension parts.
• Manage Routine Servicing: Perform regular servicing such as oil changes, greasing, bearing repacking, and preventive maintenance services (PMS).
• Supervise Technical Teams: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to mechanics and maintenance staff to ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Maintain vehicles according to safety standards and ensure proper upkeep at all times.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who is experienced, hands-on, and dependable—someone who can confidently lead maintenance operations while delivering excellent technical results.

• Educational Background: Completion of a 6-month to 2-year automotive vocational course, or a graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: You bring at least five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in a supervisory or lead mechanic role.
• Licensing Requirement: You possess a valid driver’s license with restriction codes 1, 2, and 3.
• Professional Certifications: Certifications in automotive or mechanical maintenance are an advantage.
• Technical Expertise: You have strong knowledge of engine diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Core Strengths: You possess hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and transmission systems, including under-chassis repair and general vehicle maintenance.
