The Impact You’ll Make
As our Customer Care Associate – Fertilizer, you are not just tracking orders—you are helping ensure accurate inventory flow and smooth coordination across the organization.
- Monitor Orders and Deliveries: Track and verify fertilizer orders and deliveries to branches and customers.
- Coordinate Inventory Movements: Process inventory transfers, delivery schedules, and related documentation accurately.
- Reconcile Inventory Records: Ensure consistency between supplier, branch, and head office inventory data.
- Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and address issues involving deliveries and inventory records.
- Support Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure product availability and accurate inventory status.
- Update System Records: Maintain accurate and timely updates of inventory transactions in the system.
- Maintain Proper Documentation: Ensure organized, accurate, and confidential records and reports.
Who You Are
We are looking for a professional who is organized, analytical, and dependable—someone who can manage inventory and coordination tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Educational Background: A college graduate, preferably of a business-related course.
- Relevant Experience: You bring at least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in customer service, inventory management, or a related role.
- Technical Knowledge: You have basic understanding of inventory processes and product handling.
- Core Strengths: You possess strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Technical Skills: You are proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Work Ethic: You are detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Work Setup: You are willing to work in an office-based environment.
