- Drive Sales Performance: Handle product promotion and sales activities within assigned territories to achieve company targets.
- Manage Key Accounts: Develop and implement sales plans, including regular customer visits and account monitoring.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain lasting relationships while continuously expanding the client base.
- Provide Customer Support: Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Monitor Market Activity: Track sales performance, manage accounts, and stay informed about market trends and competition.
- Deliver Business Insights: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to support management decisions.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain proper handling of transactions and uphold company policies and procedures.

Who You Are
We are looking for a professional who is motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused—someone who can confidently manage both relationships and results in the field.
- Educational Background: A graduate of a four (4)-year business-related course.
- Relevant Experience: You bring at least two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Core Strengths: You possess strong communication, sales, and customer relationship skills.
- Technical Knowledge: You are familiar with the sales process and proficient in MS Office tools.
- Driving Capability: You can drive a four-wheel vehicle and possess a professional driver’s license.
- Work Ethic: You are trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of handling fieldwork and working under pressure.
