We are looking for an Employee Engagement Associate (Events) who will support the planning and execution of employee activities and internal events that promote connection, motivation, and a positive work environment.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Support Employee Engagement Programs: Assist in initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Coordinate Events: Help organize company activities such as assemblies, celebrations, annual events, and other employee engagement programs.
  • Assist Communication & Feedback: Support information dissemination and help gather employee feedback through surveys and event evaluations.
  • Support Rewards & Recognition: Assist in employee awards and recognition activities, including coordination and documentation.
  • Ensure Smooth Event Execution: Assist in logistics and on-site coordination to ensure successful and well-organized events.

Who You Are

  • Educational Background: College Graduate (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage).
  • Relevant Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in events coordination, HR support, or administrative work.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills with basic knowledge of event and employee engagement activities.
  • Core Strengths: People-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving employee experience.
