The Impact You’ll Make
As our Procurement Associate, you are not just processing purchases—you are helping build a reliable and efficient supply chain that supports the company’s success.
- Manage Procurement Activities: Oversee procurement and supply chain operations to ensure consistent product availability.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to support forecasting, planning, and operational requirements.
- Strengthen Vendor Partnerships: Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor Inventory Accuracy: Track purchase orders, deliveries, stock levels, and inventory movements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze supply data, pricing trends, and reports to improve cost efficiency and operational planning.
- Resolve Operational Concerns: Address supply, delivery, and supplier issues while coordinating with warehouse teams and customers.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to procurement processes, documentation standards, and company policies.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within procurement and supply chain operations.
Who You Are
We are looking for a professional who is organized, analytical, and proactive—someone who can manage details effectively while supporting overall operational success.
- Educational Background: A graduate of Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related course.
- Relevant Experience: You bring at least one (1) year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related function.
- Technical Knowledge: You understand supply chain concepts and inventory management; familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
- Core Strengths: You possess strong planning, organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Communication Skills: You have good communication skills that support effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptable and Efficient: You can multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, including both office and warehouse settings
