Are you a naturally organized operator who loves the structure of managing a great property, but secretly lives for the energy of a live event? Do you enjoy the satisfaction of getting contracts and permits perfectly sorted, but also get a thrill out of seeing a venue full of people? If so, we have a unique space for you.

Join us at Abigail Farm Supply, Inc. (AFSI), where we are opening the doors to our brandnew corporate headquarters and our beautiful, adjacent indoor amphitheater events place.

We are looking for a Property Manager to step in and take full ownership of both worlds.

If you are looking for a role where no two days are the same—where you can ground our daily office operations with solid administrative grit, and then pivot to bring our premier indoor events venue to life—we want to hear from you!

The Impact You’ll Make

As our Property Manager, you aren’t just overseeing buildings—you are managing the foundational spaces where our teams work and our community gathers.

Optimize HQ Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the corporate headquarters to ensure a smooth, efficient workspace.
Manage Administration & Contracts: Draft, review, and manage standard operational lease agreements and ensure timely collection of rent and utility payments from tenants.
Uphold Compliance: Lead the processing and timely renewal of all building permits, local government clearances, safety certifications, and insurance.
Drive Venue Bookings: Handle incoming inquiries, conduct venue tours for prospective clients, and manage the booking pipeline to maximize amphitheater utilization.
Ensure Seamless Execution: Oversee on-site, day-of operations for booked events, coordinating logistics, tech teams, and vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who is as disciplined with paperwork as they are adaptable during live events—someone who can manage rigid compliance details without losing sight of client hospitality.
Educational Background: A graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related course.
Proven Experience: You bring a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience specifically within commercial property management, real estate administration, or hospitality/venue operations.
Operational Mindset: You have at least two (2) years of hands-on experience navigating local government permitting, compliance processes, and basic contract drafting.
Core Strengths: You possess strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt to weekend or evening hours when events are running.
