We are looking for a driven and organized Talent Acquisition Associate – Field who can support end-to-end recruitment activities and help us attract and hire top talent. If you are ready to take on a role that combines people engagement, fieldwork, and HR operations, we want to hear from you!

The Impact You’ll Make

As our Talent Acquisition Associate – Field, you are not just hiring employees—you are helping build the people who drive the company forward.

  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding applicants.
  • Develop Talent Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement job posting and sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct Applicant Screening: Perform initial interviews, background checks, and maintain organized applicant records and evaluation results.
  • Support Workforce Planning: Coordinate manpower requirements across departments to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Prepare Recruitment Reports: Generate manpower and recruitment reports to support management decision-making.
  • Facilitate Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including job offers and completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Represent the Company: Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other external hiring activities.
  • Maintain HR Records: Ensure accurate, organized, and confidential HR files and documentation.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow labor laws, company policies, and recruitment standards at all times.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who is people-oriented, organized, and proactive—someone who can confidently manage recruitment in both office and field settings.

  • Educational Background: A graduate of HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Office Administration, or a related course.
  • Relevant Experience: You bring at least two (2) years of experience in HR or recruitment functions.
  • Core Strengths: You have strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • HR Knowledge: You are familiar with recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR practices.
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in MS Office and HR-related tools such as Teams, Canva, Zoom, and similar platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
    Professional Presence: You are confident and able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Work Flexibility: You are willing to perform both office-based and field recruitment tasks.
